Care That Feels Personal & Consistent
Mental health concerns affect your focus, sleep, work, and relationships. We treat ADHD, anxiety, depression, and related conditions with structured care that makes sense. You meet with the same provider at each visit. We track progress, adjust treatment when needed, and keep your goals at the center of each decision.
We offer telehealth psychiatry across both states. We hold limited in-person visits at 80 Washington Street, Suite C17, Norwell, MA 02061, or 5840 Post Road, East Greenwich, RI, for patients who prefer face-to-face care.

How It Works
STEP 01
Book an Appointment
Use our online scheduler to choose a time. Select insurance through Headway or private pay. The booking page walks you through both paths.
STEP 02
Complete Intake Forms
Fill out secure forms before your visit. Your answers help us understand your history and current symptoms.
STEP 03
Meet via Secure Telehealth
Join from home or another private space in Massachusetts or Rhode Island. We review symptoms, past treatment, and goals. We discuss options and create a clear plan.
STEP 04
Ongoing Care & Medication Management
We schedule follow ups, monitor response, and adjust medication when needed. You receive steady support, not one time advice.

Meet Jessica Stanley, PMHNP-BC
Jessica Stanley delivers lifespan psychiatric care from childhood through geriatrics. She holds board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and maintains licensure in both states.
She has worked in outpatient, community, and crisis settings. When you work with us, you speak directly with your provider.
You will not deal with call centers or rotating clinicians.

Insurance and Payment Options
We currently accept Aetna, Cigna, Quest Behavioral, Carelon Behavioral Health, Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania, Horizon Blue Cross, and Blue Shield of New Jersey. We offer private pay for those who prefer not to use insurance. We provide a sliding scale fee for out-of-network patients to keep your care affordable.
