New Patients
If this is your first visit, use our online booking system. You will choose one of two options during scheduling.
Insurance based care runs through Headway. Enter your insurance details and confirm your visit.
Private pay visits allow direct payment without insurance billing. You will see the fee before you confirm.
After booking, complete the intake form we send you. This step helps us prepare for your visit. For the fastest response, use the online booking or intake form instead of email.
Existing Patients
If you already see us, schedule follow ups through the patient portal. You can request refills, review your plan, and manage appointments in one place.
